Every PT Plan Includes
This is not a pay-per-session service. App access, additional training plans, nutrition and daily PT support are all included. We believe this generates better results — you're committed to your plan, not relying on one session a week alone to make changes.
Monthly PT Plans
Choose between full 60-minute sessions or express 45-minute sessions. All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment, then move to monthly rolling payments. Sessions missed with 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled within the month where possible but are not deducted from the monthly cost.

Block Book
Prefer to pay upfront for a block of sessions? All block-book packages include app access, check-ins, workouts and nutrition guidance, and must be used within 10 weeks.

Online + In-Person
The most complete coaching experience we offer. Combines a weekly in-person session at the studio with a fully personalised online programme, daily nutrition support, and weekly video check-ins — everything you need to make real, lasting change.
This is for the person who wants to train smarter, not just harder. You get the accountability of in-person coaching plus the structure of a full online programme to follow between sessions — so every day counts, not just the days you're in the studio.
