Ladies That Lift sessions run in Phoenix's dedicated 1,400 sq ft studio in Aldridge — fully equipped with barbells, dumbbells, racks, sleds, and everything needed for serious strength work.

This is not a leisure centre. It is a performance environment — and it is yours for the session. No waiting for equipment. No distractions. Just coaching and work.
