About Our Classes

HYROX

HYROX Official Training

Official HYROX Training Club sessions. Engine sessions build your aerobic base and running economy. Skill sessions master all 8 HYROX stations with correct technique and pacing strategy. All abilities welcome — from first-timers to podium chasers.

DEKA

DEKA Training

Official DEKA Affiliate sessions working across the 10 DEKA zones with running intervals. Prepares you for DEKA Strong, DEKA Mile, and DEKA Atlas formats. Saturday sessions include DEKA Strong format.

STRENGTH

Hybrid Strength & Strong HIIT

Full body strength and conditioning using barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight. Strong HIIT is a 30-minute powerhouse combining strength and high-intensity intervals. Hybrid Strength & Conditioning is the longer, heavier full-body session. Both scalable for all levels.

SMALL GROUP PT

Ladies That Lift

Small group personal training for women who are done chasing a number on the scale. 8-week courses focused on strength, performance, and longevity. Capped numbers for genuine coaching attention. Separate booking and pricing — enquire for details.

YOUTH

HYROX YoungStars

Official HYROX programme for 12–15 year olds on Wednesday at 4:30pm. Building the foundations of functional fitness, strength, and endurance in a safe, structured, and fun environment. £8 per session.

COMMUNITY

Community Classes

Zumba and PiYo Fusion — dance fitness and Pilates/Yoga fusion for the whole community. Welcoming, fun, and a great way to stay active. Included in all class passes.
